MSRTC Line: Maharashtra Government Form Panel

Mumbai: The Maharashtra government has issued government resolution (GR), to inform the establishment of a committee consisting of senior bureaucrats of finance, transportation and MSRTC executive director as the coordinator to hear representation of 28 unions of workers who are protested.
This is the following direction from the judge’s division bench S Kathawalla and S Tavade of the Bombay High Court.
The Committee will send a decision / recommendation to the Chairperson of the Minister of UDDHAV Thackeray – which in turn will consider the recommendations and submit the same thing to the court with his views / opinions about these recommendations.
All exercises must be completed within 12 weeks.
