Mumbai: In the midst of a prominent MSRTC worker and state government, the Minister of Transportation Anil Paratab said that MSRTC would submit an insulting petition on transportation unions on Wednesday.
On Tuesday night, MSRTC suspended 376 employees participating in strikes and accused of provoking other people to avoid tasks.
“The Industrial Court has stated that the strike was illegal.
Now, the Bombay High Court said it was also illegal, and said we could apply for insults.
We will apply for insults against those who continue the strike tomorrow,” he said.
MSRTC Advocates G S Hegde and Pinky Bhansali have told the court that there are several individuals who guard the MSRTC Depot who are “guilty of intentional disobedience” on orders passed by HC.
The decision to apply for an insult appeared after 99% of the MSRTC bus depot – 147 of 150 – remained completely closed on Tuesday, with the bus operation came almost stopped.
The only depot that functions, though in part, is two depots in Kolhapur and one in Nashik.
Those who were suspended from services including 58 workers each from Nanded and Sangli, 57 of Yavatmal and 40 staff from Wardha.
Among cities, 18 suspended from Nagpur and 17 staff were suspended from Nashik.
No staff from Mumbai has been suspended.
It does not support more than 25 daily commuter lakh which will travel with 12,500 state buses.
In Mumbai, Depot in Kurla, Parel and Mumbai Central wear a deserted look.
Parab has now asked workers to call strike and say the government is available for dialogue.
However, the decision on their main demand to combine MSRTC with the state government and is considered an employee of the state government must be considered by the State Committee established on Monday.
“The MSRTC has suffered a large loss with 12,000 crore Rs tones in the last two years of Pandemi.
This is not a decision to be taken lightly.
There are many government companies that demand the same and the government must think about this in the overall policy,” said Puriab.
He also appealed to trade unions not to provoke acting on their own interests.
“We have agreed to three demands.
This remaining problem must be considered by the committee,” added Puriab.
