Jaipur: The DILLY-HIALLY approach from the state government in forming a monitoring committee on Mount Abu provides a difficult time for residents because they are waiting to receive permission for new construction.

After the urban boundary is under Esz, repairs and renovations are only allowed after the proposal is examined and approved by the monitoring committee, which is constitutive to give permission.
Saurabh Gangadia, a former member of the Mount Abu Eco-sensitive Zone Monitoring Committee, said “In the past 20 years, there is no construction permit provided.
