Mumbai: Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, moved the Bombay High Court with a request to modify one of his safe conditions – attendance in the office of the investigation officer in connection with the case of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).
The 23-year-old player was given a guarantee on October 28 by HC Bench of Judge Nitin Sambre after being in detention since October 3, following his arrest at the International Cruise Terminal.
The conditions for guarantees include the presence of three weeks of weekly every Friday at the NCB office in Mumbai, among several others.
He wants this presence to be changed, but has not determined the reduction or change he wants.
HC is scheduled to hear the request on Monday.
HC has imposed 14 guarantee conditions in Aryan in this case and has directed his release on R Rs 1 Lakh’s PR.
