The crime branch said that an unstrangeable warrant was issued by the court on October 30, but the trio was not available at their respective addresses.
Allegedly that they had hid after the case was registered.
Special Public Prosecutor Shekhar Jagtap said that once the proclamation was issued by the court, the defendant had to appear in 30 days.
“If a defendant fails to appear in this time, the process can begin for the attachment of their property,” Jagtap said.
The crime branch moved the request before the court on Saturday.
However, it was referred to a responsible court, where the crime branch would apply on Monday.
Plea will also request part 83 of the criminal procedure code (CRPC), where the properties of the defendant escape can be attached.
The crime branch said that the police went to Param’s house Singh Malabar Hill on November 10 but because of his absence, the warrant could not be served.
The statement of a police guard was placed in the building and the cook was recorded.
The police guard told them that for the past three months, Singh had not yet come to the building.
He said the family Singh also did not live there, and he did not know the existence of one of them.
The cook said that he had lived and worked in the building for more than a year.
He also said that Singh and his family had not been to place in the past three months.
Vinay Singh’s wife told police that she had never been to their Kandivli apartment since the FIR was registered in this case.
He also claims that he is not related to him.
The woman said she was not aware of its current location.
At Versova Bhatti’s house, his wife also gave the same statement.
On Wednesday, the Magistrate Court issued a warrant that was not stretched against Singh in a case of extortion.
This is an undersighter warrant for the third one issued to Singh.
