Mumbai: 12k fined on weekends without a mask

Mumbai: With the threat of the third wave of Coronavirus immediately, BMC and Mumbai police have sentenced more than 10,000 mumbaikars every day because they do not wear face masks.
The peak was on September 6, when almost 14,000 was fined.
Data shows that the person who was punished had dropped to below 5,000 until recently.

Mumbai police have handened hands with BMC to take action against anti-masks.
At the beginning of the second wave of Covid-19, BMC had provided target marshals to act against 25,000 residents per day.
