Mumbai: A 16-year-old girl who has thrown her baby from the bathroom on the second floor, Flat in Virar on Tuesday was booked for murder, while the rape case under the Pocso would be registered against the father’s father.
Teenagers who induce shipping have been hospitalized.
On Tuesday, a one-hour-old baby landed in the building complex at Yeshwant Nagar, Virar, around 11pm.
The person passing – to the baby’s police was thrown from the fifth floor terrace.
The baby was declared dead on arrival.
