Mumbai: 38-year-old businessman has been punished and sentenced to 10 years of intense prison and fined Rs 1 lakh to attack repeatedly with his 14-year-old neighbor sex from 2019.
The Minor, who was 16 years old when he was overthrown in March Year, have flown back from abroad where his family then moved.
The child, now a foreign national, told the court that during other rape efforts, he was saved by a friend and neighbor who was alert.

On April 4, 2019, underage children said that the defendant was forcibly took him to his house where he tried to rape him while his wife left.
The boy said suddenly he could hear his neighbor knock on the door and call charges.
While the defendant claimed that the minors came to his house because he did not want to go to college, he came out crying.
The mother said that when she saw the child at the defendant’s house, she shivered and could not stand up.

The mother said that a gynecologist confirmed that the child was raped.
Furthermore, the mother complained to the police with the help of a social worker and the defendant was arrested.
