Mumbai: a 24-year-old citizen who has spent more than two years in prison for allegedly has repeatedly raped his 16-year-old brother has been released after an under-age child told the special Pocso court that he had filed a wall into anger.

The girl told the court that she was annoyed because her sister always rebuked her because of going out with her boyfriend and because she tried to convince her that she might cheat her.
With the girl hostile during his deposition, the court observed that he might not support the prosecution case because he was related to the defendant.
“Buildings of prosecution cases have collapsed because of contradictory and unreliable testimonies from the informants of the victim.
Witness prosecution 1 may not support the prosecution case because of Inter SE’s relationship between the victim’s girl and the defendant …” said the court.
The court shows that during the plea the defendant’s guarantee before the Bombay High Court also, the family had submitted a written statement that supports his request.
But the High Court has rejected the guarantee application.
“The victim’s informant has not supported his previous statement given by him before the engine investigation.
He returned from his own statement so that I was limited to holding it because of contradictory and unbelievable testimonies and inadequate evidence, violations had not been proven against the defendant without doubt,” said the court .
The girl initially told the police that the defendant had taken it in August 2017 when his mother shifted the night and his father went in Bengaluru watching the construction of their second home.
He said that this was repeated in November 2018 after he told his father.
Allegations that because his parents only rebuked the defendant but did not complain to the police, he went to the police station in February 2019 and a pine was submitted.
However, before the court he said, “I filed this complaint to my brother when he beat me.
I used to roam with my girlfriend so my brother was used to shouting me.”
