Mumbai: Special Court on Monday rejected by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) seeking police rights Sachin (52) and Sunil Mane (49) in this case involving fear of bombs near the Mukesh Ambash Residence industrialist in February.
Nia made the Defense Days before Chargesheet will be submitted in a case that also involves the murder of Business Busperman Mansukh Hiran as part of a larger conspiracy.
Prashant R Sitre’s special judge also gave Waze’s permission to seek medical treatment at a private hospital for his heart condition.
His lawyer told the court who had to undergo a bypass surgery immediately or he could die.
Waze, which was produced in court and looked weak, told the judge, “I don’t want to be a Swamy booth.” FR Swamy (84), the Lodg-ed in Taloja prison since the arrest on October 8 in the case of Elgar Parishad died in hospitals while in detention last month.
Nia opposed Waze’s request.
It searched for two days’ custody and five-day prisoners.
Earlier this month, Nia was given a 30-day extension to send a chargesheet.
The period ends this week.
Against Plea Nia, lawyer Waze Sudeep Pasabola, Sajal Yadav and Rounak rises to question why prosecution has transferred a request at a late stage and too fast after Waze has been seeking personal medical care.
Passola proposed that Waze’s condition had deteriorated last month with three 90% blockage, and on Sunday, JJ Hospital doctors had suggested direct acceptance.
Waze, however, refused to be treated at a government hospital.
He said that Waze wasn’t even given a wheelchair to come to court.
Opposing the Petitioner of detention, Advocate Mane Vaibhav Bag-Ade said Nia acted in the “saddest road”.
“These agencies act in Engsp-onstible and Cantoous …
confrontation is not an investigation and whatever the defendant said in detention of evidence that is unacceptable,” he said.
Mane also spoke a special court and said that during his last detention, Nia only took the DNA test and did not mention it afterwards.
Allowing Waze’s request for a private hospital, the court said, “Taloja Prison Inspector was directed to take the defendant to the hospital & Research Center SS …
Bhiwandi for medical treatment.
If he admits, the supervisor …
will submit a report about the same thing as This court.
Every 15 days, the supervisor is directed to submit a medical certificate accused and to submit a report …
“The court also allowed Plea Waze for home food for the next two months according to the doctor’s advice.
