Mumbai: The public should not be included for suffering, said the Bombay High Court on Monday even when telling the Maharashtra State Transport Transport Corporation (MSRTC) union not to prevent the driver and conductors who are willing to work.
“If someone goes (working), let him go,” said Bench of Judge Praanna Varale and Shriram Modan.

Advocate Union Gunaratan Sadavarte refused to participate in the second meeting of the HC designated committee on Tuesday, said it did not have confidence in it.
He said 36 employees had died of suicide and two contract efforts.
“No one has to end their lives in such a way.
Tell your (union) leader that every valuable life,” said Justice Varale.
The judge said when a worker, who was the only member of income, died of suicide, it was the loss of the whole family.
“This is our appeal, a serious demand, that no one has to take extreme steps like that,” said Justice Varale.
Sadavarte after that agreed to submit union notes and suggestions to the committee.
The judges directed the country to put the minutes before the court on November 22, added that “the minute can also show progress or vice versa.
Senior Su Kamdar’s advocate for the MSRTCaid people in rural areas faced difficulties with the absence of comfortable transportation and other economics.
He said Some employees work together and the union does not have to stop them.
