Mumbai: The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) has attached a flat group of Omkar groups worth more than Rs 330 Crore at Tower-C Omkar-1973 Building in Worli and land worth RS 80 Crore Actor-Entrepreneurs Sachin Joshi in the case of money laundering.
Previously, Ed had captured Babulal Varma and Kamal Kishor, each managing the Director and Chair of the Omkar Group, in a case with Sachin Joshi, promoter of J M Joshi Group.
Money laundering case is based on the FIR which is submitted in Aurangabad by a businessman, who has invested in the project of the slum rehabilitation authority (SRA) in the wadala and afterwards, the Omkar group took over the project.
Ed accused the number of residents of slums who met the requirements manipulated in 2016, right after the Omkar group took over the project after that SRA officials had increased the FSI from the plot of 2.05 to 4.
Ed accused that the Omkar group had created 3.5 lakh notional components of SQ FT On the plot with the help of documents that are manipulated and photographed it with the bank to take a loan RS 410 Crore for the project.
Ed accused the Omkar group because it did not use the money for the Wadala project and divert it to their other group companies, including building buildings in Worli.
The Omkar group told Ed that they combined the Wadala group with their Worli project where they used the money.
Ed official said that during the investigation they found that the number of RS loans.
410 Croreans are cheatly obtained by the developer of Surana Wadala, LLP, concerns of the Sister of Omkar Group through the figures of slum and FSI incorrectly.
