Mumbai: The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) has attached eleven Flat Omkar groups collectively worth more than RS 330 Crore at Tower-C Omkar-1973 Building in Worli and land worth 80 crore at the Viram in Punkin Sachin Joshi in money washing.
Omkar Group refused to comment on the development.
The source said every flat Omkar-1973 spread over 10,000 square and conservative estimation each more than Rs 30 Crore each.
This unsold flats has a group of Omkar.
Omkar Group was allegedly manipulating the total number of slum houses on the Slum Wadala Rehabilitation Authority Scheme project which helped them increase FSI on the plot.
The Omkar Group is allegedly taking RS 410 Crore loans from the bank after making a nosional behavior in the project and wash money through their other projects and Joshi.
Ed alleged Omkar group had used FSI from the Wadala project in a luxurious Worli building.
Previously, Ed caught the promoter of the Omkar Babulal Varma Group and Kamal Kishor Gupta and Sachin Joshi, promoter from JM Joshi Group, in this case.
Varma and Gupta were in prison guards while Joshi came out with a conditional guarantee.
The press record by Ed said, “During the investigation, it was found that the number of RS 410 Crore loans was cheatly obtained by the developer Surana Wadala, a sister concern the Omkar group, through an increase in the numbers of slum houses and Rs.
330 Crore washed into the sales building of the Omkar group and Rs 80 Crore was washed through Joshi Sachin and a group of viiking companies with the guise of service and investment.
“Last March, Ed Chargesheeting was all accused of their associate company.
Chargesheet stated that the total number of slum regions who met the requirements was manipulated in 2016 after the Omkar group took over the Wadala project.
Thus, the FSI of the plot increased from 2.05 to 4.
Ed accused the Omkar group has created a nostran’s 3.5 lakh sq ft component in the wadala plot with documents manipulated and photographed it with the bank to take RS 410 Crore Loans for the project .
Ed accused the Omkar group did not use money for the Wadala project and divert it to other group companies and colleagues.
Chargesheet said FSI can be transferred to others after the construction of the rehabilitation building.
It was said, “But with a false representation in Convance with SRA officers, the defendant got SRA’s nod to the Wadala project club with the Worli project.”
