Mumbai: A 20-year-old woman who works for a gangraped catering company by four people in the Shivaji Nagar area in Govandi while she returned home from work around 4am on Friday.
Three people, two of them were underage children, had been arrested, and the police team was heading up to arrest the fourth suspect.
The police said four saw the girl near the oldest depot old and one of the men, who knew him, asked him about returning home at the hour and said he wanted to talk to him.
When the girl left, she took her to the mezzanine floor of an empty house.
His friends followed them and they took turns to rape him before running away.
According to a police officer, when the girl tried to shout for help, the men clogged it.
As soon as people fled it from that place, the trauma girl called the police by telephone and filed a complaint.
The women’s officer team recorded a cage and identified four accused, which from around it.
Senior Inspector Arjun Runjane from Police Shivaji Nagar said they immediately formed around ten teams and sent them to the location.
The police caught the trio of Local Tilak Terminus where they planned to practice outside the city.
Allegations have been ordered under the IPC section for rape and sexual violence.
