Nagpur: In a surprising Revelation, the Maharashtra government has told the Nagpur bench the Bombay High Court that the Permen Breach Hospital has never provided a medical certificate for controversial education Deepak Bajaj.
In a statement of his statement submitted in HC, the public prosecutor Nitin Rode told that Mumbai Hospital had written a letter to the government who denied that his doctor had signed a medical certificate produced by a bail to seek a guarantee.
The copy of the letter was attached to Affidavit.
At the request of Bajaj lawyers, justice Rohit Deo postponed hearing online until July 27.
The education was accused of having disproportionate assets and misused his position as Principal of Mahatma Gandhi Centennial in Jaripatka.
Although the bajaj was not given a guarantee on the basis of the certificate, the agent’s investigation had sent him to the hospital for verification.
Then refused to submit the certificate.
Bajaj finally guarantees guarantees in July 2019 from HC about medical reasons after spending three years behind the bar.
While allowing the guarantee application (No 415/19), Justice Manish Pitale gave him permission to undergo treatment for various illnesses in one of the three hospitals in Mumbai, which he had sued.
It includes Bridy Candy, Saifi, and Bombay Hospital.
Bajaj, Secretary of Sindhi Education Society, was told to notify the police station concerned under his jurisdiction, the hospital fell, where he planned to take care.
ACB has ordered Bajaj and his wife Veena underneath.
13 (1) E and 13 (20) Prevention of Corruption Act, while the police jaripatka ordered it under Section 406, 420, 438, 471, 34, 168, 2017, 409, 467, 193 from IPC.
Bajaj moved HC after the guarantee application was rejected by the Court of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB).
He is, however, triggering permission to undergo treatment at a special hospital, which will be carried out under the judiciary.
