Mumbai: Mankhurd Police on Monday ordered the Khalapur Resident for driving in rash and killed his own wife on Jalan Link Ghatkopar-Mankhurd on Monday night.
The Mankhurd police arrested Santosh Pal under the IPC section for a rash, driving negligent, and under the action of motorized vehicles.
His wife, Manjunath (23), was sitting in a passenger seat next to him.
According to the police, the complaint was submitted by a taxi driver, Mohammed Afroz.
Afroz, who said that the car quickly crashed into his taking back.
He immediately stopped his taxi and saw Swift cars badly damaged and the woman in the passenger seat was seriously injured.
He rushed to Shatabdi Hospital where he was declared dead.
