Mumbai: Western trains and centers will operate mega blocks on Sundays for doing engineering and maintenance work on the suburbs.
Railwaythane-kalyan goes up and down slow lines from 11:00 to 4 pmdown service slow / semi fast leaving Mulund starting at 10.43 a.m.
to 3.46 a night will be transferred down the fast line between Mulund and Kalyan Station, stop Station Thane, Diva, Dombivali and will arrive at the 10-minute destination behind the schedule.
The slow / semi service quickly leaves Kalyan from 10.37 a.m.
to 3.51 pm to be transferred on a quick row between Kalyan and Mulund stations, stops at Dombivali Station, Diva, Thane and further will be transferred to the station slowly at Mulund and will arrive the destination 10 minutes behind the schedule.
All services are slow and down leaving / arrived Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus between 11am to 5pm will arrive / depart 10 minutes behind the schedule.
Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus – Chunabhatti / Bandra Down Harbor Line from 11:00 to 4pm Andchunabhatti / Bandra-Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Up Harbor Line from 11.10 to 4.10 PMDOWN Port Line Services to Vashi / Slapur / Panvel Leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Mumbai Mumbai Mumbai from 11.34 AM to 4.47 PM and Down Harbor Line Services to Bandra / Goregaon left Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai from 09.02 to 4.43pm will remain suspended.
Line port service for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai left Panvel / Custpaper / Vashi from 9:53 am and ride the port line service for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai leaving Goregaon / Bandra starting at 10:10 a.m.
will still be suspended.
However, special services will run between Panvel and Kurla (Platform No.8) during the block period.
Passenger port lines are permitted to travel through the main routes and western trains starting at 10am to 6pm during the block period.
The Jumbo Western Railway block on the port path between the Mahim and Andheri on July 11 to do track maintenance work, signaling and overhead equipment, five hours of Jumbo Blocks will be taken above and down the port line between the Mahim and Andheri train station from 10:35 HR up to 15:35 hours on Sunday.
During the block period, all Goregaon trains and port services headed for the central train and some slow Goregaon service – Goregaon would still be canceled.
Meanwhile, hours after taking over as a minister of new trains in the new cabinet Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Ashwini Vaishnaw has directed all his team officials to work in two shifts.
The train ministry has directed that the first change will begin at 7 am and end at 4 pm while the second shift will start at 3pm and end at 12 midnight.
The Ministry of Railway spokesman DJ Narain said that the command was issued only for Mr cells (the train minister) and not personal staff or trains.
Narain said that the train minister had directed that all office staff and office staff would work in two shifts.
