Mumbai: Mumbai Metro, which operates between Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar, has been awarded the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affair.
This award was delivered by the Housing Union Minister and Urban Affairs Hardeep Singh Puri to provide the best passenger service and customer satisfaction, in New Delhi on Friday.
Indian urban mobility award is part of the Urban Mobility India Conference and Expo (UMI).
This is a superior event held under the Aegis of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affair, the Indian government.
Reliance Infra Promoting Mumbai Metro One Private Ltd said, “When choosing awards, Mumbai Metro was assessed on the 10 main customer satisfaction parameters.
