Mumbai: NCB officers persecuted women on the train, held

Mumbai: The Parli train police in Aurangabad arrested the Superintendent Officer of the 35-year Narcotics Supervisory Supervisory (NCB) in the case of sexual abuse on Friday.
The defendant and the victim were on the train from Hyderabad to Hadapsar (Pune) when the incident occurred.
The officer worked at the Mumbai NCB unit but did not handle any case due to poor health.
He lives in Navi Mumbai and is on leave since two weeks.
The defendant had gone to attend the case in Hyderabad.
Police that the victim, was the age of 20, was sleeping when the defendant committed it.
When the victim shouted for assistance, other passengers came to save him and arrest the defendant.
They handed it to the police.
The victim continued his journey and registered his complaint with TC trains.
The police posted him under the part of the Indian Criminal Code 354 (a) (sexual abuse) and 509 (female modesty insult).
A NCB officer said, “He underwent a psychiatric treatment and left for eight months.
The department has initiated a process to conduct a medical examination for his retirement from the service, given his health condition.” (The identity of the victim has not been revealed to protect his privacy in the case of the Supreme Court – Cases related to sexual violence)
