Mumbai: The NCB vigilance team can approach the judge’s court for permission to interrogate Kiran Gosavi, a major witness in the case of Arya Khan, as part of its alert investigation into the head of Zonal Sameer Wankhede.
Gosavi, a own-style detective, was arrested by Pune Polys on Thursday with respect to the 2018 cheating case registered with Pune, and was returned to police custody until his name 5.
His name was cut in a statement submitted by another witness, Prabhakar Sail.
