Mumbai: While daily detection reported a decline, Covid-19 death reported an increase in the state on Thursday.
Cases and fatalities in Mumbai also report a slight increase.
The state added 877 cases and 19 deaths on Thursday took a total case with 66.46 lakh, while death rose to 1.41,317.
The day after reporting Zero Covid’s death, the city added 272 cases and two deaths.
The state has 6,693 active cases, which in 1873 in Mumbai Suresh Kakani, Commissioner of the additional city of BMC, said that daily testing has increased in the city so that cases can be detected early.
