Mumbai: Mumbai City on Friday reported 309 new Covid-19 cases, taking the overall number of cases to 7.36,862.
Eight people including five with ko-morbidity also gave up on viruses.
The overall death toll stood at 15,937.
During the day, 407 people were also sent home.
Until now, 7.14,166 people have recovered.
Active case stand at 4,345.
The recovery rate is at 97 percent and the doubling rate is 1,631 days.
BMC also told that 35 buildings remained sealed.
