Mumbai: Mumbai on Sunday reported 548 new Covid-19 cases, taking the total number to 7.24,678.
During the day, the city also saw more recovery than new cases because 705 people were out of various hospitals.
So far, 6.98,696 people have recovered from infection.

However, 24 people also surrendered to the virus.
The total number of deaths has now increased to 15,544 while active cases stand at 8,114.
According to the latest numbers, the level of recovery of Covid-19 in the city is 96% and the doubling rate is 767 days.
