Mumbai: Stockbroker kidnaps investors, held

Mumbai: A stockbroker had been arrested for kidnapping an investor and demanded Rs 11 lakh from him.
The victim was saved, and the Borivli police looked for three legs accused.
In November 2021, the victim, a resident of Borivli, has invested Rs 1.75 Lakh with the defendant.
When things were unsuccessful, the victims and business partners decided not to invest anymore, the defendant was looking for Rs 11 lakh more than them to maintain business transactions.
On Thursday, the victim went to the restaurant near Borivli.
The defendant allegedly dragged him into the car and took him to the lawyer’s office and allegedly forced him to sign several papers.
The defendant and his accomplice held the victim’s hostage and called his partner demanding Rs 11 Lakh, police said.
