Mumbai: Police Versova on Monday arrested Roshan Bhinder, wife of TV director, the late Garry Bhinder, in the case of alleged cheating and fraud of more than RS 37 lakh submitted against him in January.
The police said he was arrested in complaints about hiten tejwani TV actors and co-producers and businessmen Rajesh Jaisinghani on charges of fraud.
Ashok Mishra’s lawyer from the Lex Solicis Law Firm, for a complainant, argues in court and gets a guarantee of his anxiety that is rejected.
Mitra Managing Ameet Mehta told the media that Roshan had committed this fraud and tried to avoid the arrest for weeks.
Police Assistant Inspector Vivek Khaware conducted an investigation against Roshan.
