Mumbai’s case swimming 6 days a week, the possibility of omicron waves peaked

Mumbai: 9-15 Sunday January is likely to be the peak of Omicron Covid-wave in the city, said Dr.
Shashank Joshi, member of the Covid Country Task Force.

Pradeep kicked, two of these patients came from Mumbai, three of Navi Mumbai, 197 of the Pune Municipal Corporation, three of Pune and one from Akola.
While cases in the Mumbai region have increased over the past two weeks, cases in Pune and Nagpur have just started posing a sharp increase.
“The peak of Omicron will be geography-centric.
The peak for Mumbai will be different from Pune and Delhi.
The peak for various municipalities in the Mumbai Metropolitan area itself will be at a different time,” Joshi explained.
The weekly trend shows that the mumbai testing level has floated between 20% and 22% and hospitalization has not yet increased.
“We need to separate the number of people being treated with Covid (people who are recognized for a procedure and diagnosed with Covid) because of the number of people who recognize because Covid to get a description of the right severity,” he said.
With cases of Friday, the total case of the state load rose to 71.2 lakh with a 1.4 lakh death.
In the past week, the state has reported a decline in cases in three days, while Mumbai has reported a six-day decline.
The active case in the state rose to 2.6 lakh but the active case of Mumbai fell to 84,352 from more than 1 lakh two days ago.
State officials said the decline in the state was slowed by a surge in other districts that had just begun.
“After the case reaches the district where the vaccine coverage is low, we will get a clear idea about his severity.
