The Narcotics Control Bureau has arrested Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha with Khan.
The two of them were also given guarantees by the Bombay High Court.
Now, Dhamecha’s advice will submit an application for his release in a temporary cash guarantee.

His advice now has transferred urgently before Bombay HC for temporary cash liberation because he was a parliamentary member and faced a problem for guarantees.
Judge NW Sampre asked for Dhamecha advice to submit an application and mention this problem before the holiday bench for relief.
Kashif recently stated that his client suffered the most in this matter.
Lawyers told Etimes, “He said,” Since when he was arrested and served before CMM Court and the session court, I just said the same thing, that in my case, he was the only person who did it struggling and had become a victim max.
Because in this case, there are several accused caught and many are accused of related or connected or friends with each other.
But, Munmun Dhamecha is the only one who is not connected or related to whatever one person in this case.
