Mural art changing the South Taluk office was raised

Coimbatore: Mural paintings on a compound wall of the Taluk office near the race course have raised the atmosphere of the entire region.
The painting described the handloom weavers from the village of Negamam, known as Saris made with his hands for generations, in action.
This is one of the three mural paintings carried out together by the City Corporation and Catalyst Street Festival based by Chennai with the support of Deutsche Gesellschaft Für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
One artist, who did not want to be named, said that the Saris made by the Handloom weavers in the Negamam was known for their contrasting color, design, and durability.
“The painting will definitely arouse interest in the weaving community and their products among the audience.” Other paintings were carried out at the lunch center in Prabhu Nagar and the corporate middle school in Ambedkar Nagar, both located in Kavundampalayam.
The paintings have raised interest among the local residents.
According to the Phanikumar, founder of the Catalyst Street Festival, a mural painting in the lunch building describes the space, planet, and astronomy.
“The concept was chosen to inspire children to aim for greater things in life.
The sky should not be a limit for their aspirations and they have to think beyond it.” Painting on a compound wall of a sustainable elementary school building.
“We have highlighted the importance of saving ecosystems, tree plantations and water conservation.
There are also calls to use more electric vehicles and reduce air pollution,” said Phanikumar.
He said more mural paintings would appear in the city immediately.
