Coimbatore: P Muthukumar, 44, Saravanampatti, who allegedly killed a little girl on December 11, has been detained under the Goondada Act.Muthukumar, construction workers, having an affair with the mother of the 14-year-old girl who has separated from her husband.
“The woman has given 2.5 sovereignty of gold ornaments and 50,000 to buying new ornaments.

When the woman asked her to restore ornaments, she promised to do it soon,” said a police officer.
“On December 11 , Muthukumar visited the girl’s house when she was alone and asked her to tell her mother that she had received her gold ornaments.

He was ordered below section 5 (n) read with 6 (punishment for penetrative sexual attacks compounded) from the protection of children from sexual law, 2012, and section 302 (punishment for murder), 201 (causing loss of violations) and 380 (theft at home residential, etc.) from the Indian punishment code.
He was submitted in the Ceimbatore center prison.
