Muzaffarnagar: The former village head and his three sons have been ordered in an effort to kill alleged attacks on the current village head, the police said Saturday.
They said that Mohammad Mehtab, the head of the village of Sujru is currently under the Kotwali police station in the district, allegating that the defendant threatened his children and fired a shot on their old hostilities.
Sho Santosh Kumar Tyagi said the predecessor of Mehtab and his three sons – Junaid, Safe and Inzmam – booked Friday night below section 307 (effort to murder), 504 (intentional insults with the intention to provoke violations), 506 (criminal intimidation) from the punishment code India.
He said the four defendants fled and the police tried to find it.
Security has been tightened in the village as a precautionary measure, he said.
