Coimbatore: Five men, desirable in connection with the murder of a young man at Anjugam Nagar near Chinnavedampatti on Monday night, surrendered before the sixth Metropolitan Magistrate Court in Chennai on Thursday.
The people who were delivered were identified as Suji Mohan, 26, Gokul, 21, Manikandan, 21, Ravindran, 21 and Gowtham.
They were ordered under section 341 (penalty for wrong restraint), 302 (murder) and 506 (ii) (criminal intimidation) from the Kuhap Palan India.
Manikanda and Gowtham come from the eroded and the rest of Kannappa Nagar in the city.
