Murder of migrant workers: complaints submitted to the Human Rights Commission

Gurgaon: National Confederation of Human Rights Organizations (Nchro) has been aware of the murder of the Badminton Gurgaon Academy, where a 21-year-old migrant worker allegedly beaten to death after being authorized by a molester girl.
Nchro has now filed a complaint with the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) to ensure a fair trial in this case.
Complaints have been submitted by Fair Sharfuddin, a lawyer who is also a member of the Delhi State Committee.
Complaints detail a series of events that caused the death of Anuj Kumar, migrant workers.
The complaint submitted by the girl’s father on Monday has opposed the wrong identity theory of the police.
In his complaint, Sharfuddin accused that it was a caste-based murder.
