Chennai: In a small reshuffle in the top bureaucracy, the Tamil Nadu government on Saturday appointed N Muruganandam as Secretary Secretary of the Secretary, Ministry of Finance, replacing Krishnan’s additional head secretary.
Krishnan will now lead the Industrial Department.
The order for this effect was issued by the Head of Secretary V IRAI ANBU.
P Amudha, a former additional secretary for the Prime Minister’s office, has been posted as the main secretary, rural development and the Department of Panchayat Raj, which is placed by the Gopal, which has been transferred and posted as the main secretary, the Department of Transportation.
Secretary of the Head of the Additional Sandeep Saxena will now lead the Department of Water Resources that has been carved from the Department of Public Works by the DMK regime.
Dairand Kataria has been posted as an additional school principal, the Department of Public Works.
Ramesh Chand Meena has become the main secretary, the Department of Energy while Dharmendra Pratap Yadav has become the main secretary, handloom, handicrafts, textiles and the Ministry of Khadi.
Selvi Apoorva has been posted as the main secretary, the youth and sports welfare development department.
The Commissioner of the Handloom and Textile Beela Rajesh has been posted as the main secretary / commissioner of land reform.
