MUSHTAQ Ali Trophy: Vidarbha Stun Maharashtra to enter the residence

New Delhi: Vidarbha surprisingly Maharashtra with seven goals in the first pre-quarter-finals of the Trophy Syed Mushtaq Ali on Tuesday to enter the last eight stages of the National T20 championship.
Choosing the field at Feroz Shah Kotla, Vidarbha limits Maharashtra to 157/8 despite Grisk 45-Ball 66 by One-Down Rahul Tripathi.
Then they rose in half a century by the opening of Atharva Taide (56 off 38 balls) and capsipling Akshay Wadkar (58 did not come out of 47 balls) to pursue the target with 13 spare balls.
Maharashtra lost Skipper Naushad Shaikh (0), who was stuck in front of goal by Young Right-Arm Pacer Yash Thakur (3/17), in the second.

But Orthodox Bowler’s Left Arm Akshay Karnewar (2/25) brought Vidarbha back to the dispute by removing Nahar which was well established to leave Maharashtra at 77/2.
Kedar Jadhav (6) who did not have a formal (6) became the second scalp because Maharashtra slipped to 91/3.
Vidarbha Bowlers continued to make a breakthrough and did not let the opposition battered settled.
Thanks to Tripathi’s Knock, Maharashtra was closed at 160.
Chasing 158, Vidarbha lost the opening Siddhesh Wath (0) above.
But Taide, who hammered six limits and maximally, along with Skipper Wadkar, knocked Maharashtra out of the tournament with their 95-run stand for the second goal.
After Taide fell, the captain took responsibility for himself to complete the job at the Jitesh Sharma company (28 did not come out of 7 balls), which destroyed three six consecutive consecutive.
Vidarbha, who advanced from a group of dishes, will take Rajasthan in the third quarter-finals in the land of Palam on November 18.
Meanwhile, Karnataka beat Saurashtra with two numbers in a thriller.
Choosing for the first bat, Saurashtra is limited to 145/7 with Sheldon Jackson scoring 50 in just 43 balls.
Arpit Vasavada (26) and Prerak Mankad (23) also peeled off with useful contributions.
C c is looking for Aiappa, V Vyashak and Koushik V each take two numbers.
Karnataka expels the target with a spare ball.
Abhinaav Manohar scored 70 unbeaten balls with two four and six six.
Contribution by Rohan Kadam (33) and Aniruddha Joshi (13) also played a role in the victory of the team.
In the third pre-quarter-finals, Kerala beat Himachal by eight goals after half a century by Mohammed Azharuddeen and Sanju Samson.
