Karan Nagpal had a terrible meeting with Covid during the first wave but the second wave had an impact on his father and he was accepted in the ICU.
He struggled hard and long but finally managed to fight the virus.
This is the story

I am Karan Nagpal and I shared the story of my father Pradeep Kumar Nagpal.
I shared my story with TOI that I also touched the death in November when in my first wave was hospitalized for falling oxygen nos, and I shifted to the ICU to stabilize my condition.
After 10 days of hospitalization and 1 month rest, I returned to work
I thought this was the last time I heard Covid in my life, but I was wrong.
In April when I planned to visit my parents on my birthday, everything was fine but one day, my father Pradeep Nagpal who had taken the covishield dose (it had been 7 days from the second dose), traveled to New Delhi on the train from Jaipur.
All our family members asked him to go to his car but because of the protest of farmers, he chose to go by train …
On April 10 he got symptoms of his first fever followed by cold and coughing and on April 15 the oxygen level was 88%.
We rushed to the nearest Manipal Hospital in Jaipur, where he got emergency treatment and at that time I came to meet him on April 23.
When I got an antibody, I tried to give him a plasma, but the next day he was in a ventilator, in a stomach position.
The doctor made a video call to make us see it and we were destroyed.
My sister and I used to wait for hours outside the waiting room, so the doctor could give us hope for the improvement but what they said was that he was very important.
