KURUKSHETRA: The University of Kurukshetra (Kuta) teacher association (Kuta) said hatred towards uploading university employee service records on the Human Resource Management System Portal (HRMS) and the State Government Online Transfer Policy.
Kuta handed the request note on behalf of the Chancellor Ku-cum-Governor Haryana through the registrar of Ku Sanjeev Kumar demanded the immediate withdrawal of the state government letter in the context of the state university.
Kuta calls it a state government effort to attack university autonomy.

Kuta executive members play a long role and resolved to share the fear of five points about the new government policy with Ku Chancellor.
They said that I was governed by actions and laws agreed by the Legislative Assembly Haryana, and hence, several bodies including my court, the Executive Board (EC), and the Financial Committee (FC) had been given the power to manage financial problems and to make policies to run university.
“The Haryana government in question is arbitrary, hurriedly, and the laws and statutes and therefore, attract insults to the legislative assembly as well, said President Kuta Parmesh Kumar.
Parmesh added that the purpose of the Haryana government was also unclear and how the implementation would benefit the university and its employees.
They said the state government had an examination and balance at state universities through their nominations, representatives in the Universitas, EC and FC courts, and every penny was audited by the government appointed auditor.
Kuta said that new education policies (NEP) 2020 from the Ministry of Human Resources and Development confirmed the decentralization of the power of educational institutions by strengthening their autonomy.
They said NEP even imagined that college could be empowered to design their own curriculum, issue degrees, etc.
At their own level.
“However, the implementation of HRMS at the university is indicated to promote the centralization of all university processes at the government level, which directly contradicts NEP 2020 and its vision,” said Kuta.
Kuta President Parmesh Kumar said, “The wrong precedence is being determined which will destroy university autonomy and will damage the academic / research and other objectives of this educational institution.”
My teacher has urged the Governor of Haryana to look into the command and request a confirmation official to attract the same thing to upload employee data on the HRMS portal and implementation of online transfer policies.
