New Delhi: Former Indian Pacer Irfan Pathhan on Saturday explores ‘cricket experts’ suspected of blaming the Indian Premier League (IPL) for the cancellation of the Manchester test.
The fifth test match between England and India was canceled in Manchester.
BCCI and the ECB held several rounds of discussion to find a way to play a test match, however, the Covid-19 outbreak in the Indian team contingent forced the decision to call the game.
However, many claim that players want to get their respective IPL bio-bubbles and hence are reluctant to features the fifth test.

They will now undergo six days of quarantine and will then be connected with the Mumbai Indian forces.
Rohit, Surya and Bumrah are tested negatively for Covid-19 before departure from Manchester and after arriving at Abu Dhabi.
Chennai Super Kings players are also expected to land in Dubai on Saturday.
“Now that the test match is turned off, we want to get CSK boys to Dubai tomorrow,” CSK CEO Kasi Viswanathan told Ani on Friday.
Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) also arranged rental flights to get Virat Kohli and Mohammed Siraj to Dubai on Sunday morning, ahead of the commencement of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021.
