Myanmar took care of the US journalist to 11 years in prison

BANGKOK: The court in Myanmar who was ruled by the military on Friday dropped US journalists Danny Fenster to 11 years in prison after finding him guilty of several accusations including incitement to disseminate false or inflammatory information.
Fenster, editor of the Frontier Manager of Myanmar’s online magazine, was also found guilty of contacting illegal organizations and violating Visa Regulations, lawyers rather than Zaw Aung.
Fenster has been detained since May.
He still faced two additional accusations in different courts for allegedly violating the law of counterterrorism and laws that cover the betrayal and incitement.
Fenster was detained at Yangon International Airport on May 24 when he would take a flight to go to the Detroit area in the United States to see his family.
He was the only foreign journalist convicted of serious crimes since the army seized power in February, overthrew the elected government Aung San Suu Kyi.
The government attached military has declined hard on press freedom, turning off all critical outlets and capturing around 100 journalists, around 30 of which remain in prison.
Some closed outlets continue to operate without a license, publishes online as staff members they avoid.
