‘Mystery Fever’ claims the life of 9 children in Palwal Village

Chilli, Palwal: ‘Mystery of Fever’ has claimed the life of nine children in the last 12 days in Chili, a small village in Palwal’s Hathin.
At least 44 others, 35 of them are minors, have reported symptoms such as fever and received in private hospitals.
While health officials maintained the cause of death unclear, they have not ruled out the possibility of dengue fever and low number of platelets have been witnessed in most cases.
The first case was reported on August 30, when six-year-old Saqib complained of fever and body illness.
His father Salamuddin (40) initially refused his complaint when he thought it was caused by changing weather.
When the day developed, the eyes and boy’s arm swelled.
“I took my son to Dr.
Ilyas, who referred him to Nalhad Hospital in Noah.
He died on September 1,” said Salamuddin.
Almost a week ago, Farhan was eight years old developing similar symptoms.
“He swelled his eyes and feet and died in two days,” his father said Mohammad Nasheem.
Likewise, eight years, Aqsa, lost his life at a private hospital in Sohna.
“I don’t know how it happened.
He complained of fever and body ache on Sunday around 3pm and on Monday morning, he left,” his father Sabir told toi in the choking after his body arrived in the village.
Chilli is home to 3,000 strange people and spot visits expressed by roads that are clogged with dirty water and mud.
All villages are filled with rotten stench.
The Ministry of Health said there was no drainage right in place and the supply of dirty water for drinking could be one reason for viral infections.
“Sanitation in the village is very bad.
The wrinkles are almost full, the water is contaminated and the waste line is broken.
It is possible that mosquitoes breed.
We have distributed nets and spraying chemicals.
The fogging team also works,” said Palwal head of a civilian surgeon Brahmdeep Singh.
Dr.
Amit Kumar, who was among the five health department officials who examined the village, said, “Samples for malaria, Covid and Dengue have been collected.
We tried to find reasons behind fever.
There is a chance that might be bleeding, but we need to wait for the report.” To learn the cause of this disease, some villagers have ledged in ‘Panchayat Ghar’, where health officials visiting them by sanitation.
Simultaneously, Covid vaccination sessions have occurred in the village.
But, said officials, there were many doubts among the villagers.
“Nothing is vaccinated.
They ran to the farm and hid and did not come out until health officials left,” said Sarpanch Naresh.
