LONDON: A group of what is called ‘Mustic Meerkat’ in London Zoo has chosen England to beat Italy in the Euro 2020 final on Sunday.
Zookeperer planted England and Italian flag on the ground and the assignment of Meerkats was to drop one.
It took about five minutes to choose England.
England will play Italy on Sunday at Wembley in the first main final of the host country since they won the World Cup in 1966.
Animals have been used in the past to predict the results of soccer matches.
The German Octopus was shot into fame during the 2010 World Cup when he managed to predict the results of eight matches.
He did his tricks by choosing shells from one of two boxes carrying the flags of competing countries.
