SEOUL: North Korean leader Kim Jong Un arranged his administration to become completely ready for confrontation with all the Biden government, state press reported Friday, days after the United States and other big powers urged the North to abandon its nuclear program and return to discussions.
Kim issued the purchase Thursday while clarifying that the measures that the North should take in reaction to the policy management of the newest US administration of President Joe Biden through an continuing judgment party meeting in Pyongyang, the Korean Central News Agency said.
