N Nanmaran, CPM leader and former MLA, die

Madurai: N Nanmaran, a senior CPM leader and twice Mla from the Eastern Constitution of Madurai, died of a heart attack while undergoing treatment at the Rajaji government hospital there on Thursday.
On Wednesday night, he rushed to the Rajaji government hospital with complaints of shortness of breath, followed what he suffered.
He died at 4 pm on Thursday.
He was 74 and survived by his wife Shanmugavalli.
Nanmaran, born in Madurai, was pulled towards the communist movement at a very young age.
He is a good orator in his youth.
He published a magazine called Kurinji Ithal in 1968 when he became acquainted with CPM literary wings.
Full-Cledged Nanmaran political career began in 1971 with a political campaign speech.
He wrote a book about Karl Marx’s life, Friedrich Engels, Vladimir Lenin and Joseph Stalin in Tamil.
He was first elected to the Eastern Constitution of Madurai in 2001.
His quality as a People made CPM gave him a ticket for the East Madurai constituency for the second time in 2006.
He was re-elected nanmaran regularly voicing his demands for his people to the people of the constituency and also for Madurai Tamil Nadu and able to apply many schemes.
Nanmaran plays an important role in carrying Ti Park and Tidel Park to Madurai.
He worked with other people to build a Madurai bench from Madras High Court.
Known as “Mr.
Clean” because his political career is not damaged, nanmaran can be easily approached by the public to overcome their complaints.
In February, he was looking for a house under the Pradhan Mantri Beware of Yojana for his wife when they lived in one rented room House.
The petition for the free house was rejected because he was a retired government.
His body would be stored at the party office in Ellis Nagar.
The funeral will be held at 4 pm on Friday.
