Ammapet police on Tuesday registered a case under six parts of IPC, disaster management law, and epidemic disease acted against the Naam Tamilar Katchi (NTK) leader Seema to raise the ‘separate flag’ for the country during the celebration of ‘Nadu Tamil Nadu’ celebration on November 1 in the city.
Some participated in a meeting organized by NTK cadres in the city on Monday and lifted the flag that claimed that it was a ‘new flag’ for Tamil Nadu V Raja, Police Inspector Ammapet M Ganesan initiated an investigation into the incident and collected video recordings from events took place at the meeting.
