KOHIMA: The Nagaland administration on Wednesday additional extended the continuing state-wide lockdown until June 30, a senior officer said.
The limitations had been scheduled to finish on June 18.
“The high-powered poll on Covid-19 led by chief minister Neiphiu Rio, at a meeting now, chose to expand the lockdown until June 30,” authorities co-spokesperson and adviser Mmhonlumo Kikon told.
Asked about the reason behind the expansion, he stated,”The Covid scenario in the country is progressing but we’re still not from the forests.
