Guwahati: Kohima’s bench from Gauhati HC has remained the command of Nagaland Government who told government employees to get both the anti-covid vaccine doses or produce negative-negative reports every 15 days to attend the office, their salary failure is stopped and they will be sent to forced leave Unpaid.
It passed the order on Wednesday after hearing pills challenging the 17th of the government’s order.
During the trial, the government objected to the maintenance of pills and was conveyed that no temporary command was passed.
However, the court ordered staying and directed that this problem would be registered again on August 18.
“Until returned dates, costs must not be charged for testing from government employees and their salaries should not be stopped because they have no rust vaccinated,” he said.
