Nagpur: Three people have been arrested in connection with the rape of a 17-year-old girl in the Nagpur Maharashtra district, police said on Friday.
The Mankapur police on Thursday registered a violation of the defendant under the relevant parts of the Criminal Code and the protection of children from children from sexual violations (Pocso), said an official.
According to the police, one of the accused of being a relative that was far from the victim, who was 12th grade students, had sexually exploited him for more than a year.
A few days ago, the defendant allegedly took the victim to the farmhouse in the Waki Nagpur area, where two other men joined them, the official said.
The trio forced the victim to consume alcohol, raped him and fired a video to him, he said, added that the defendant also threatened to make a viral video on social media.
The girl then told her family and complaints submitted to the police, the official said.
