Nagpur: Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) Allegedly protecting unauthorized flat built on the flat scheme terrace.
It has often claimed that this problem was sub-animation, and did not take action, even though the cases were dismissed 20 months ago.
The Civic body did not start the action despite the complaint submitted by West Nagpur Mla Vikas Thakre 20 months ago.
Thakre wrote to Commissioner of the City of Radhakrishnan B on September 27, asking for reasons behind inhalation of unauthorized flat.
He also asked the civil heads to provide detailed information about delayed acts on unauthorized construction in the city.
The owner of the flat in the scheme – Govinda Sahnivas in Hanuman Nagar – met Thakre and complained about the NMC that protected unauthorized flats.
One of the flat owners, Ashok Kate, told Tii, “Prakash Thophal gets a sanction building plan for six flats on three floors on a 3,295 square foot plot on September 12, 2012.
