Nagpur: Even nine months after the state government requested a forest petition to submit an insulting petition against the former PCCF (HOFF) Umesh agrawal for the issuance of 50 Horizontal Horizontal Band Licenses (AHBS) on the Order of the Supreme Court (SC), no steps owned have been Taken.
Information received based on the RTI Act revealed that on October 30, 2020, Moefcc has canceled this 50 licenses and ordered an inquiry and process of insulting the Agrawal Ex-PCCF, which as Head of the State Level Committee (SLC) made a decision on July 23, 2018 , to issue a license in the SC order violation.
However, PCCF continues to remain silent on this problem until the MoeFcc regional office here, in the appeal submitted by wildlife and city-based environmental lawyers Jeswani, cancel the license.
The correct and complete information sought under the RTI Act on the actions taken by the Department of Forest on the MOFCC order and the country’s direction is not yet available to the applicant, even after the first appeal.
On December 8, 2020, the state has directed Ex-PCCF N Rambabu to send draft insulting petitions in 15 days to be submitted against agrawal at the Supreme Court to violate orders.
However, orders have not been followed.
PCCF G Saiprakash did not respond to TI requests.
The Ministry of Forest official said they had not received any proposal in this matter from the PCCF office.
RTI revealed that instead of obeying the order of MoeFcc, Rambabu on November 4, 2020, wrote to the search center search on MoeFcc orders.
The letter was silent at the insulting petition proposed against the agrawal and departmental investigation against him.

The direction to modify SLC has also not been done until now.
MOEFCC has said that SLC should be satisfied that wood is legally available throughout the state by conducting the right research before providing a fresh license for AHBS.
Senior forest officials said, “Moefcc must take a strong stand to violate the APEX court order on a problem that is so important.”
