Coimbatore: Two unknown criminals harmed the gasoline bomb in the Sport (SUV) owned by Akhila Bharatha Hindu President of the Mahasabha State Youth Wing in Pannisadi near Thudiangur on Wednesday night.
Police said R Subash, 45, from Andal Avenue in Pannimadai, was the President of the Wing of the State Youth Akhila Bharatha Hindu Mahasabha.
When Subash parked his SUV in front of his house and entered his house around 9:30 a.m.
on Wednesday, two unidentified criminals threw a gasoline bomb in the SUV and escaped with a motorcycle.
The left side of the back of the car caught fire.
