Vadodara: Three Sanitation Napkins Vending machines are installed in the Nyay District Court Complex on Monday.
An NGO, Ek Tera Charitable Trust installed a machine after the Minjey Principal District Judge and Chair of the Internal Complaints Committee H I Bhatt gave their permission.
Kukreja Command Lawyer, who is a former representative of women from the Baroda Bar Association, has made a representation of court.
“Thousands of women, including lawyers, court staff, and court ribbons visit the courthouse every day.
During their menstrual cycle, women face problems because medical stores are far enough from the court complex so that this vending machine will come as a big help for them,” said Kukreja.
